1) Your Adobe Acrobat Reader program will launch and the survey will automatically appear on your screen in a pdf file format. (if your Reader program does not start you can click here to update this program)
2) Once you have filled the survey out you click on the "Submit by E-mail" button at the bottom of the customer survey page. By doing this your e-mail program will automatically start up (this could take a minute or two).
3) From here your e-mail program has opened and an e-mail with my e-mail address/name has been created to send to me. The subject line has Customer Survey in it and the attachment is the actual survey. Click send on this e-mail and your done. Thanks again.
